Sunset Air is a Lacey-based heating, cooling and home services company. Its residential plumbing division does water heater changeouts, plus tank and tankless water heaters. It also replaces toilets, faucets and sinks, installs ADA-compliant toilets, and repairs and replaces hose bibs. Other work includes water pressure troubleshooting, washing machine supply line repairs, minor leak repairs, and residential plumbing inspections. The company says this division focuses on everyday repairs and replacements, not emergency drain clearing or commercial work.
It names Lacey, Olympia, Tumwater, Yelm, DuPont and Shelton among the South Puget Sound communities it serves. It also has an office in South Bend.
